Ethics Gemological Laboratory Return & Replacement Policy

At Ethics Gems, we want you to be fully confident in your gemstone purchases. We offer a return policy for loose gemstones, with some conditions:

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Replacements for items are subject to inspection and verification by our team of gemologists.
• Damage caused by neglect, improper use, or wear and tear is not covered under this policy.

Return Policy:

• Loose Gemstones: You can return a loose gemstone within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, certification costs (if applicable), VAT, and duties.
• Gemstone Jewelry: Custom-made jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for a full refund. However, you can request a store credit within 7 days of delivery, worth 75% of the invoice value, to be used towards future purchases at Ethics Gemological Laboratory.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel your jewelry order before it is shipped, we will deduct a 25% cancellation fee from the total purchase price.
• If you cancel your order after certification has been paid for, the certification cost will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Notes:

• Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Payment gateway charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.Any additional lab certificates purchased separately will not be refunded.
• Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the item at our facility.
• Please allow an additional week for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
